• Continue with the conceptual design of the SAP solution/application to be developed/implemented in accordance with the business requirements and needs, identifying the functions implemented in the corporate model, determining the degree of coverage of the target processes and identifying the processes or steps not covered.
• Plan the work related to the modules and functional areas to which responsibilities are assigned, continuously monitoring the completion, phase by phase, of the tasks assigned to them, to ensure compliance with deadlines and synchronization between the various process configurations.
• Specify interfaces with other systems, identifying potential customized developments and data migration needs to the new system, evaluating the processing, cleaning, conversion and manual entry of additional data requirements, as well as specifying the initial data load.
• • Validate the conceptual model, consolidating the technical elements produced during the analysis of current processes into a single document, presenting the results to Project Management and Key Users, including changes to the model resulting from the proposals and suggestions collected, and finally submitting them for Management approval.
Build, test and validate the Functional Prototype, with the main objective of materializing the solution of the conceptual model designed in the previous phase, through configuration in the target system, without considering any additional developments, resulting in a prototype that will provide only basic functionalities, including the partially executed configuration of current and periodic procedures.
• Keep the systems running, identify opportunities for improvement and submit them for review by the area manager, as well as provide full support and assistance to users, executing requests for intervention or clarification sent by users via e-mail, Service Desk or structured request documents.
• Higher education in the area of Information Systems, Management or equivalent;
• 2 to 5 years of experience in the SAP EWM module;
• Experience in the design and configuration of the SAP S4HANA EWM module, to optimize warehouse operations, including input and output processes, material management and inventory management;
• In-depth knowledge of SAP EWM modules and functionalities and their integration with other modules such as SAP PP, MM and SD;
• Proficiency in English;
• Availability to travel and interest in participating in international projects;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Dynamism;
• Sense of responsibility and autonomy.
